Our Bistrot Ca.Stella at the Monte San Giorgio Camping (Ca.Stella & Camping del Monte San Giorgio not for-profit organization) has been renovated in respect of the environment that surrounds us by promoting sustainability in its management. Our cuisine has the flavours of home and nature, with that extra touch of creativity that distinguishes us. Our service is inclusive and values all abilities. After all, it is diversity that makes so unique the “special” young people and we are all happy to welcome you with our best smile. Youth living with disabilities are employed by our social enterprise (Bistrot, Camping & Ca.Stella FARM).

Our raw materials suppliers are mainly local. In addition to virtuous practices to minimize our impact on the environment, we also promote another form of sustainability: that towards our territory and the people who preserve the local tradition. Whenever possible, we prefer using in our kitchen the vegetables of our own production and come from Ca.Stella FARM. There we use natural fertilisers, which are produced by our animals that live peacefully at our farm.
